5th of july solidarity

We call out for meeting about the police violence etc in the MKZ Amsterdam 7.30 pm for people to share their stories and experiences.

In light of all the events (police violence, arrest, jail etc) that happened last tuesday we planned a gathering for people who want to talk in a safe environment about what happened to them last Tuesday. We will provide vegan soup and bread and the space so see you all on the:

– 14th july in the MKZ amsterdam at 7.30pm

(note: this is not a evaluation, or meeting it’s just a moment where people can share their experiences with each other)

Gisteren is er een nieuw pand gekraakt in Amsterdam Oost en er verscheen meteen een Soli spandoek op de gevel. Wij willen meer van dat mooi’s!

Yesterday a house was squatted in the East of Amsterdam and immediately the first Soli banner appeared. We want more of this!

Voor iedereen die haar/zijn solidariteit wil betuigen maar geen geld heeft voor postzegels: Morgen zijn er in de MKZ kaarten, pennen, stiften en enveloppen om de NN-ers van 5 juli een kaart of brief te sturen.

For all those who would like to show their solidarity but don’t have the money to buy stamps: Tomorrow at the MKZ we’ll have postcards, pens and envelopes to write all the arrestees of the 5th of July eviction who are still in migrantprisons.

Er zitten nog steeds (!) 8 mensen vast na de massa arrestatie bij Schijnheilig afgelopen dinsdag. Alle 8 zitten ze in migrantengevangenissen waar veel, véél meer mensen gevangengehouden en gebrutaliseerd worden door de staat.

Al deze mensen verdienen onze steun dus neem een paar minuten de tijd om een paar kaartjes of brieven te schrijven. Denk eraan dat deze mensen anoniem zijn! Schrijf geen dingen die identificatie gemakkelijker kunnen maken en schrijf sowieso geen dingen die voor jou of voor anderen belastend zouden kunnen zijn!

There is still 8 people detained after the mass arrest at the Schijnheilig squat last tuesday. All 8 have been brought to foreign detention centres where allot more people are locked-up and brutalised by the state.

Remember, these people are all anonymous! Don’t write anything that could possibly contribute to identification and anyway don’t write things that could possibly incriminate you or other people!
